In the future therapies tailored for each patient will be designed by a computer model of a human cell.
To integrate heterogenous biological datasets into a unified model of a human cell to accelerate the discovery and testing of new therapies.
Ultimately we want to create personalized models based on patient’s specific data to provide optimal therapies for each of them.
5 years goal:
Develop a computer simulation able to identify new targets and test the effect of biological perturbations (such as gene editing, drug administration, etc…), and start testing our simulation-centric pipeline for the design of new personalized therapies with our partnered institutes.
